OPTIONAL ADD ONS: Rehearsal
(if not included in your package) $75.00 plus mileage Filing of license: We
are required by law to forward your marriage license to the clerk's office from which you obtained it after the wedding ceremony.
The State of Michigan allows us up to 10 days to do this and standard first class mail is the method used and no other method
is required. We generally mail your license out on the next business day following your wedding but no later than 2
business days after. Although first class mail delivery is quite reliable it does not provide any actual proof of delivery,
therefore, should any mail get 'lost' within the system there is no way to track it. We maintain copies of your license
for our records and can provide you with the state and/or local file numbers if needed but they are not the original signed
copies. The Secretary of State and
Social Security Administration requires women who take their husband's last name or hyphenates their name after being married
to provide a certified copy of your marriage license in order to legally change your driver's license and social security
card as well as to inform social security that you are now married. We now offer these additional services for couples seeking a little extra 'peace of mind' or the convenience
of no worries filing. **Please note that some clerk's offices may tell you that YOU can bring back the license for filing...this
is NOT true and we do not make exceptions**
- Priority:
License is forwarded to county clerk via Priority mail with delivery confirmation within 2 business days of your wedding.
This provides you with proof of when your license was received by the clerk's office. Fee: $20.00
- Certified:
License is forwarded to county clerk via certified mail with signature return proof within 2 business days of your wedding.
This provides you with proof of when your license was received by the clerk's office as well as who signed for it. It
usually takes approx. 7-10 days for signature proof to come back to us. Fee: $25.00
WAYNE AND WASHTENAW COUNTIES ONLY - Option 1: We will personally deliver your license to Wayne or Washtenaw County clerk within 2 business
days of your wedding, 1 certified copy mailed to you via first class mail. (add'l copies extra) Fee: $75.00
- Option
2: We will personally deliver your license to Wayne or Washtenaw County clerk within 2 business days of your wedding,
3 certified copies and forward them to you via first class mail. Fee: $100.00
WITNESSES - We will provide witnesses
to sign your marriage license after your ceremony if needed. Fee $25.00 per witness
MEETINGS - We will meet with you in person
in the Belleville area. Meetings are up to 1 hour. Fee $75.00
- Please be aware that we do
not provide samples of our ceremonies unless you have already contracted our services. Before requesting a meeting,
please consider what your goal is for the meeting as all questions or concerns can be addressed via phone or email.
We do love the opportunity to meet couples before the wedding whenever possible, however, remember that we are providing a
personal LEGAL service for you and we do not provide nor require pre-marital counselling. We generally participate in
at least 1 bridal show locally each year between January and April and encourage our current and future potential clients
to stop in to meet us in person and enjoy a little pampering....it's all free to you. We post this information on our
website at least a month before the show.

We provide you with the ceremony script based on your preferences
approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding for review. Rehearsal dependent on officiants
availability.
Current mileage rate: .56 cents per mile Mileage in packages is total miles travelled rountrip from Belleville, MI to
your location DISCOUNTS: We offer discounts to current or former
military personnel with proper I.D. (only applicable on Gold or Platinum packages and cannot be combined with other discounts) MILEAGE: Mileage included in all packages are based on round trip total
and excess miles up to the allowed amount in each package are charged .56 per mile. WE USE GOOGLE MAPS AND CALCULATE
MILEAGE FROM BELLEVILLE, MI TO THE CITY OF YOUR CEREMONY LOCATION THEN MULTIPLY BY 2.
Overnight
accomodations may be necessary for some locations. One or two nights may be required dependant on distance and start
time of rehearsal / ceremony. Please inquire if your ceremony is more than 100 miles (1 WAY) from Belleville,
Michigan.
